How to Order:

1. Order Online: Place your order directly through our website and complete the payment process.

Order Types:

• Store Pickup: Orders will be ready within 2-3 working days. We will notify you once the order is ready for pickup.
• Home Delivery: Orders will take 6-7 working days for production, plus an additional 2-4 days for delivery across South India via professional courier services like DTDC.

Ordering Terms:

• All orders will be processed after full advance payment.
• Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after 60 minutes of placing the order.
• For select products, we will provide design previews before printing. The order will be processed only after your approval.
• If you’re not satisfied with the preview, we will deduct design charges from your advance payment. The remaining balance can be used for purchasing other items.

Delivery Terms:

• Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with the courier consignment number. Please track your shipment and coordinate with the courier service.
• We are not responsible for any damages or misplacements caused by the courier service.
• Delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, as third-party agencies handle the delivery, and timing is subject to their terms and conditions.
