How to Order:

1. Place your order on our website and complete the payment.
2. After placing the order, WhatsApp your order ID along with the Name/Content you want to be engraved on the product to 8610461206.

Order Types:

• Store Pickup: 2 working days required for production. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
• Home Delivery: 2 working days required for production. Delivery takes 2-7 days across South India via professional courier services (DTDC). Courier charges are additional.

Ordering Terms:

• Orders are processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
• No cancellations or refunds will be processed after 60 minutes of placing the order.
• For certain products, we will share design previews before printing. We will proceed with printing only after your approval.
• If you are not satisfied with the design preview, we will deduct the design charges from your advance payment. The remaining balance can be used to purchase other products.

Delivery Terms:

• After booking, we will share the courier consignment number with you. Please track the order and coordinate with the courier team until the product is delivered.
• We are not responsible for any damages or misplacements caused by the courier.
• Delivery times are subject to the third-party courier’s terms of service, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.
