Product Details & Limitations:

• Images Required: 150 to 200 background images (randomly arranged) and 1 main image (single or couple).
• Background Images: The arrangement of background images is random, and no specific sequence can be requested.
• Image Modifications: Once the design is completed, only the main image (front image) can be replaced or modified. Background images cannot be altered.
• Previews: Only 2 design previews will be provided. Additional design revisions will incur extra charges.
• Design Size: The final design will be printed in A3 size (12″ x 18″).
• Frame: The design will be framed in a fiber wood frame up to 2 inches in thickness.
• Frame Availability: Frames are subject to availability, and the most suitable frame will be matched and applied to the design.
• Frame Features: All frames come with a glass front and are for wall hanging only.
• Responsibility for Transport Damage: We are not responsible for any damage during transportation if courier or delivery services are used.

How to Order:

1. Place your order on our website and complete the payment process.
2. WhatsApp us at 8610461206 with your order ID and the required photos/content to be printed.

Order Types:

• Store Pickup: 2-3 working days for production. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
• Home Delivery: 2-3 working days for production, followed by 2-4 days for delivery across South India via Professional/DTDC courier services.

Ordering Terms:

• Orders will only be processed after 100% advance payment.
• Cancellations or refunds are not accepted after 60 minutes from order placement.
• Previews will be shared before printing, and the design will only proceed upon your approval.
• If the product does not meet your expectations after preview approval, we will deduct design charges from the advance payment. The remaining balance can be used towards other products.

Delivery Terms:

• After booking, we will share the courier consignment number with you. Customers must track and coordinate with the courier team until the product reaches the destination.
• We are not responsible for any damage or misplacement caused by the courier.
• Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed, as deliveries are handled by third-party courier agencies, and the delivery will follow their terms and conditions.
